We have contracted with Eastern Pest for 8 years, spanning 2 homes. Thankfully we "stumbled" upon them way back then. Once we did, however, we have happily continued the relationship! They (everyone who has come to the home or has interacted with us on the phone and by email) have been: professional, pleasant, VERY helpful, VERY accommodating, and always treat us like we are their only focus. In short- the entire team is AWESOME!! Most recently, we have had an EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME representative come to our home - Luis Reyes. I can't say enough positive things about him. He took the time to ask questions about our issue. Then he carefully looked around the areas and beyond the areas (for additional things we might not have seen) and treated. He then was flexible enough to look at another concern and actually identified an issue and treated it on the spot. All while explaining the situation in a clear manner. While all of the staff have been great, Luis deserves special recognition and people like Luis are the reason we are renewing for another year with Eastern!
