We’ve been using Eastern’s monthly plan for the past few years, and honestly, they’re the best pest control company around. They’ve been a lifesaver during the summer when we’ve had those carpenter bee and wasp problems that always seem to pop up at the same time. The technicians are always so professional and explain everything to you. Plus, we never have to worry about our pets getting hurt with the products they use.I’d definitely recommend them!

She makes the entire process seamless and stress free.I’ve worked with two technicians, Dan and Danny, and both have been excellent communicators and extremely diligent in their work. Most recently, Danny went above and beyond when I wasn’t able to make it home in time for my appointment. He was incredibly flexible, rearranged his schedule, and still made it out the same day. That level of accommodation is rare and so appreciated.Danny was also very knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring the job was done right. EPS has been protecting our home for the past 2.5 years through various seasons and reasons. They are ultra responsive and accommodating when addressing urgent needs, proactive in scheduling preventive treatments and are genuine in their desire to provide excellent service. We have had Ricardo visit our home on numerous occasions (and recently today) and always have a great experience. He is incredibly friendly, communicative on timing, thorough, and goes the extra mile to check on areas we didn’t know could be vulnerability spots for rodents and other pests. He also takes the time to impart his knowledge to help us self address minor issues in the future. 10/10!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Eastern Pest. Erik Alonso knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable. He did such a good job with my work account so I hired Eastern for him to service my home. Jeff Korn is also a big help with estimates and also very knowledgeable.

I have appreciated the level of service and professionalism that Gary (and Eastern Pest Services) has shown to keep my new home pest free. I have had a few (different) bug related items in the first few months here and taking the time to listen to what I am experiencing, thoroughly assessing so we get to the root cause and ultimately eliminating the problem has meant a lot to me.

Quick response to a hornet problem. A little pricey

Anthony has been so great!! Hes super friendly and came very quickly to help with two different yellow jacket hives that were in the siding of our house. We’ll be using their ongoing services now too. 10/10
