Today is 9/10/ 2026 my normal scheduled service. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Dan M. Since my first encounter with him a few months ago regarding the terrible cricket situation, I have not had to call Eastern Pest Control for extra service . He is so knowledgeable and he told me he learned from Ralph M . I would always request Ralph or Riccardo only but now that those guys have different routes , I thank you for sending me another man who knows what he’s doing and is a pleasure to talk too. Dan is a definite asset to Eastetn Pest Control. Thank you for such great service!!! 😊

Ricardo is experienced, great to work with, he was thorough and did a great job.

Had an emergency ant problem in my kitchen, Sean Showed up within half an hour of being contacted, explained every detail Of the process in order to get rid of the ants. What about doing what you have to do on the inside, And took me outside and showed me where he was gonna treat outside the kitchen window and around the porch. Explain to me some things I could do in order to not get them back….. Very rare to have someone take that kind of time to explain details. From here on, he will be the only one I would like coming out to our house. He’s always been a class act, but this is the first time he came out on an emergency for us, and went above and beyond to make sure by the time he left, I was not in any panic anymore.

The guys at Eastern Pest Control are great! They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took great care of us. Brandon gave me a detailed list of everything that was done. If you’re looking for a locally owned and operated pest service these are the guys to go to.

Erik is the best. He’s been servicing our house for a couple years now. Knows his stuff thoroughly and goes above and beyond to help diagnose issues and provide solutions. Consummate professional and all around good guy. Patty in the office is also fantastic. Super friendly and always helpful in accommodating whatever we need. Eastern is the go to for pest control in the area as far as I’m concerned. 100% recommended.

Ricardo Torres is a top notch technician and has been servicing our home for the last 10 years. He and their customer service is exceptional. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone, listens to your problem or situation, offers professional advice, and gives you a timely appointment.

We’ve been using Eastern’s monthly plan for the past few years, and honestly, they’re the best pest control company around. They’ve been a lifesaver during the summer when we’ve had those carpenter bee and wasp problems that always seem to pop up at the same time. The technicians are always so professional and explain everything to you. Plus, we never have to worry about our pets getting hurt with the products they use.I’d definitely recommend them!
