This is our second year of a service contract with Eastern. Every technician we have worked with to maintain our home is always hugely helpful, professional, knowledgable, courteous. They make what can be a tricky and at times unpleasant job seem easy. We really appreciate their ongoing support and would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

We are just about to renew a service contract with Eastern. On each occasion that we have had the guys out to do some needed preventative maintenance on our home, they have been hugely informative, efficient, professional and punctual. We have worked on more than one occasion with Luis, who is great service professional. He goes out of his way to help us as customers, explaining the work and measures being taken, and giving helpful advice for the future. I'd highly recommend him, and Eastern, to anyone.
