Jeff Korn arrived on schedule to provide a written estimate for the bat remediation in our attic. The estimated cost was comparable to others we received, however Eastern Pest Services was more professional. The technician Matt Freeman arrived to perform the work on schedule. Cleaned not only his work area but the bat droppings in our attic using the proper equipment. Jeff and Matt both took the time to explain the benefits of bats and their habits but also the requirements on their treatment. Our attic is bat free. A positive experience. Mike Z Sparta, NJ
