Working with Eastern was a wonderful experience. I was very concerned about the wood damage around my house. When I called the main number I spoke with Melissa and Ashley (i think this was their names) were very kind and helpful but the true star is a gentleman named Christian. He was kind, knowledgeable, punctual, and a complete pleasure to have take care of a problem I was very worried about. Anyone would be lucky to have him be the one to service them. He truly goes above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about him.

A special thank you to Eastern for arriving so quickly to help me. I had an issue with squirrels getting into my attic and they sent Christian to help me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely respectful. I was doubtful but since Christian has been here my problem is solved. Christian to the rescue!!

My overall experience with Eastern Pest Services was very good, not just because the insects I found were proven not to be a serious issue but because of the personal attention I received as a new customer. The response to my need was very fast and professional starting from the customer service representative I initially spoke to down to the technician who came to my home. I am keeping the business card in my wallet and will definitely call if I have a need for your services in the future.
