Called With questions concerning a recent visit from a friend who had bed bugs .. I had called another company and was extremely dissatisfied with them. Bill was amazing .. I couldn’t thank him enough for all his Knowledge and Kindness... I was so desperate to get piece of mind I was willing to buy anything they had to offer .. which he said I didn’t need .. his honestly blew me away .. any sales person who puts their clients ahead of a sale is a company I will be proud to recommend to anyone I know .. If I could give them a rating A+++++ I would !!!

In reference to the exterminator (Luis) who came to my apartment at 103 west 49th apt 3 Bayonne NJ on Wednesday the 26th of September who was very efficient, professional, and very curtious. He explained every procedure to us as he went along with exterminating. I hope I can have Luis on a steady basis from here on because he does the job a lot better then anyone else we had.
